Data Collection
Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us.
We don’t run analytics. We don’t track you.
Your Data Stays With You
- All documents and drafts are stored in your personal iCloud Drive account
- Document processing happens entirely on your device
- We have no access to your documents or any data within the apps
- Yiale reads patient data created by Yiana within the same shared iCloud container on your account
iCloud
Both apps use Apple’s iCloud to sync data across your devices. This data is:
- Stored in your personal iCloud account
- Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy
- Not accessible to us in any way
Third-Party Services
Our apps do not use any:
- Analytics services
- Advertising networks
- Crash reporting services
- Third-party tracking of any kind
Permissions
Yiana requests the following permissions:
- Camera — To scan documents using your device’s camera
- iCloud — To sync your documents across your devices
Yiale requests the following permissions:
- iCloud — To access patient data and store letter drafts
These permissions are used solely for the stated purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The apps contain no mechanisms for data collection from any user.
